2. Description of Services
Earlist is a SaaS platform designed to help founders and product creators validate market interest before software development. Features include creating validation landing pages, processing validation questions, managing user waitlists, and AI-assisted analysis.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Earlist software, source code, brand, and design remain the exclusive property of Earlist. The data, questions, and feedback collected on your validation pages belong to you or your respective users.
5. Billing, Subscriptions and Refunds
Some Earlist services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Earlist provides the service "as is" without any guarantee of commercial success, conversion rates, or traffic levels. We shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
